Capitaly was born out of our own fundraising scars. We have raised rounds, sat on both sides of the table, and felt how scattered the process is across spreadsheets, inboxes, and data rooms. So we set out to build one place where founders and funds run the whole raise, with AI agents doing the heavy lifting.
